Annual Meeting – Minutes and Notes
June 24th 2023

Location: Aloha Township Hall
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

 

General Meeting Notes:

Jeff Sherman called the meeting to order at 8:30am

Pledge of Allegiance

All in attendance were welcomed and individually introduced themselves and identified where their property was located on the lake. There was a special introduction for all of our Veterans.

The Secretary (Fred Schramm) and Treasurer (Barb Hall) indicated that they both had detailed reports from the past years respective meetings and activities and that anyone was welcome to obtain copies and review via the CLLAA website www.CLLAA.org. All meeting minutes and Treasurers’ reports will be posted to the web site for viewing.

Fred Schramm encouraged all to update their email address and to add us to their Whitelist so they get all communications from CLLAA.

Discussion on current dues @ $20/yr.  Motion to raise to $30 for year 2024 was passed.

Board will review the costs of a Cleaning Station at the public access.

Board of Directors Election (odd year 2023)

District 1  – Chris Casari (Hayes Ln, Chestnut & Hiawatha to 5276)
District 3  – Jeff Ehlers  (Hiawatha 4938 to Hiawatha 4696 including Nokomis Trail)
District 5  – Dan Whiting (Hiawatha 4664 south, Long Lake,  Beacon Lane, Yates  Michakewa)
District 7  –  Andree Stahl (Lakeland, Agnes, Manning Rd)

All positions were open to the floor for additional nominations.  A motion was made by Fabian LaVigne and seconded to vote by Andree Stahl Chase on the entire slate as the agenda indicated for 2023. The floor unanimously approved the entire slate.
