Meeting called to order at 7:00pm by Dave Warriner
Confirmation that Progressive AE contract is ready to be signed and that Tony would be available to attend the summer meeting
Discussed delaying and changing the annual summer meeting to June 28th to accommodate the potential greatest number of lake residents. This was agreed to as well as holding the meeting at the Aloha Township Hall which is more conducive to a presentation by Tony Groves from Progressive AE. Tony has confirmed his participation at the meeting to Dave Warriner
A review of the financial status was given by Barb Hall
Checking account = $1,891.06
Savings account = $9,074.19
The association still owes and is awaiting the invoice from Tip of The Mitt survey for $3,000
Dave Warriner will attend the Michigan Lakes and Stream Annual Conference at Boyne (April?)
It was confirmed that Dave Warriner is the appropriate representative to sign the contract with Progressive AE.
Jeff Sherman agreed to update a draft of the newsletter and would distribute to Dave and Barb to review. Contact should include the confirmation of moving forward with Progressive AE, discuss the changes to the annual meeting, and indicate that the association will again ask for $150 for the weed eradication plan as well as remind residents that the $20 annual dues is due.
Barb will look into adding a tab on the township website for documentation related to the Long Lake Association and Jeff Sherman can provide the minutes from last year to post to the tab.
