This year’s annual meeting is set for June 25th at 8:30 a.m. (Coffee, donuts & cookies at 8:00am) at the Aloha Township Hall. A report on last year’s milfoil treatment of Long Lake will be made as well as a review of this year’s survey of the lake by Progressive AE. That is scheduled for June 9 with a follow up treatment by PLM the week of June 13. In addition, the meeting will include the regular meeting minutes from 2015, the treasurer’s report, the election of officers and area representatives, and directions for the fourth of July boat parade around the lake.
Lake Association membership annual dues remain $20 and can be sent to Barbara Hall at 5104 Paradise Trail, Cheboygan, MI 49721. Checks should be made payable to Cheboygan Long Lake Area Association or CLLAA.
Please be aware that M-33 between Long Lake rd and M-27 is undergoing extensive repairs and replacement. While we welcome this very much, please be aware that in some areas you will have to take alternive routes. Please see the Michigan Department of Transportation’s web site for full details.
